Terms of Service
1. Who we are
These Terms govern your use of sagewy.com and any services or digital products you obtain from Strategic Astonishing Growth Engine LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as SAGE ("SAGE", "we", "us"). By using this website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.
SAGE also sells products under brand names, including Biyadek (biyadek.com). These Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy apply to all products sold under those brands.
2. Services
We provide network engineering, security infrastructure and AI adoption consulting. Each engagement is defined by a written quote stating the scope, price and timeline. The written quote, once accepted, forms part of these Terms. If the quote and these Terms conflict, the quote prevails for that engagement.
Fixed-price sessions sold online, such as review sessions, are not quoted engagements. They are scheduled by email after purchase and are subject to the final-sale terms in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
3. Digital products
Digital products (guides, templates and other files) are delivered as downloadable files. After purchase you may re-download your files for 30 days. Each purchase grants one person a personal, non-transferable licence to use the files for their own personal use only. You may not share, resell, redistribute, publish or use them for others, including within an organization, in whole or in part, without our written permission. All content remains the property of SAGE.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars (USD). Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor; we do not store your card details. Consulting work may require payment in full or a deposit before work begins, as stated in the quote.
5. Refunds and cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. No guaranteed results
Our guides and consulting provide professional information and recommendations. We do not guarantee any specific business, financial, or technical outcome. You remain responsible for decisions made and for changes applied to your own systems.
7. Third-party tools
Our materials may describe third-party products, including AI assistants such as Claude. Claude is a trademark of Anthropic PBC. SAGE is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic or any other vendor mentioned. Your use of third-party tools is subject to their own terms.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SAGE's total liability arising from any purchase or engagement is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase or engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or data.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase or quote acceptance applies to that transaction.

تحكم هذه الشروط استخدامك لموقع sagewy.com وأي خدمات أو منتجات رقمية تحصل عليها من شركة Strategic Astonishing Growth Engine LLC، وهي شركة ذات مسؤولية محدودة مسجلة في ولاية وايومنغ وتعمل باسم SAGE. باستخدامك لهذا الموقع أو الشراء منا، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط.
تبيع SAGE أيضاً منتجات تحت علامات تجارية، منها «بيدك» (biyadek.com). وتسري هذه الشروط وسياسة الخصوصية وسياسة الاسترجاع والإلغاء على جميع المنتجات المباعة تحت تلك العلامات.
2. الخدمات
نقدّم استشارات في هندسة الشبكات والبنية التحتية الأمنية وتبنّي الذكاء الاصطناعي. يُحدَّد كل مشروع بعرض سعر مكتوب يبيّن النطاق والسعر والجدول الزمني، ويصبح جزءاً من هذه الشروط عند قبوله. وفي حال التعارض، يُقدَّم عرض السعر فيما يخص ذلك المشروع.
الجلسات ذات السعر الثابت التي تُباع عبر الإنترنت، مثل جلسات المراجعة، ليست مشاريع بعرض سعر؛ يُحدَّد موعدها بالبريد الإلكتروني بعد الشراء، وتخضع لأحكام البيع النهائي في سياسة الاسترجاع والإلغاء.
3. المنتجات الرقمية
تُسلَّم المنتجات الرقمية (الأدلة والقوالب والملفات الأخرى) كملفات قابلة للتنزيل، ويمكنك إعادة تنزيلها لمدة 30 يوماً بعد الشراء. يمنح كل شراء شخصاً واحداً ترخيصاً شخصياً غير قابل للتحويل لاستخدام الملفات لاستخدامه الشخصي فقط، ولا يجوز مشاركتها أو إعادة بيعها أو توزيعها أو نشرها أو استخدامها لصالح الغير، بما في ذلك داخل أي مؤسسة، كلياً أو جزئياً، دون إذن كتابي منا. يبقى المحتوى ملكاً لـ SAGE.
4. الأسعار والدفع
جميع الأسعار بالدولار الأمريكي. تتم معالجة المدفوعات عبر جهة معالجة دفع خارجية، ولا نحتفظ ببيانات بطاقتك. قد يتطلب العمل الاستشاري الدفع الكامل أو دفعة مقدمة قبل البدء حسب ما ورد في العرض.
5. الاسترجاع والإلغاء
تخضع عمليات الاسترجاع والإلغاء لـسياسة الاسترجاع والإلغاء.
6. لا ضمان لنتائج محددة
تقدّم أدلتنا واستشاراتنا معلومات وتوصيات مهنية، ولا نضمن أي نتيجة تجارية أو مالية أو تقنية محددة. تبقى مسؤولاً عن قراراتك وعن التغييرات التي تطبّقها على أنظمتك.
7. أدوات الأطراف الأخرى
قد تتناول موادنا منتجات لجهات أخرى، منها المساعدات الذكية مثل Claude. Claude علامة تجارية لشركة Anthropic PBC، وSAGE غير تابعة لشركة Anthropic أو لأي جهة أخرى مذكورة ولا معتمدة منها. يخضع استخدامك لتلك الأدوات لشروطها الخاصة.
8. حدود المسؤولية
إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، تقتصر مسؤولية SAGE الإجمالية عن أي عملية شراء أو مشروع على المبلغ الذي دفعته مقابله، ولا نتحمل مسؤولية الخسائر غير المباشرة أو التبعية، بما في ذلك خسارة الأرباح أو البيانات.
9. القانون الحاكم
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين ولاية وايومنغ في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية.
10. التعديلات
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر، وتنطبق النسخة السارية وقت الشراء أو قبول العرض على تلك المعاملة.
