1. Who is responsible
Strategic Astonishing Growth Engine LLC, doing business as SAGE ("we"), is responsible for the personal information described in this policy, including information collected through brands we operate such as Biyadek (biyadek.com). Contact: info@sagewy.com.
2. What we collect
- Information you send us: your name, email address, phone number, company name and the content of your messages when you email or call us, request early access, or request a quote.
- Purchase information: when you buy from us, the payment processor collects your payment details. We receive confirmation of the transaction (name, email, amount, item) but never your full card number.
- Language preference: sagewy.com stores your chosen language (English or Arabic) in your browser's local storage. It is not sent to us.
Our websites do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics tools.
3. How we use it
- To reply to your inquiries and prepare quotes.
- To deliver products and services you purchase, and to provide support.
- To notify you when a guide you requested early access to becomes available.
- To keep business and tax records required by law.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not send marketing messages you did not request.
4. Who we share it with
Only with service providers that help us operate: our email provider, our website host and our payment processor. Each processes data only to provide its service to us. We may also disclose information where required by law.
5. How long we keep it
Inquiry correspondence is kept for up to 2 years after our last contact. Transaction records are kept for as long as tax and accounting laws require.
6. Your choices
You may ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to remove you from an early-access list, by emailing info@sagewy.com. We will respond within 30 days. Records we are legally required to keep may be retained.
7. Security
This website is served over HTTPS. Email is handled by a provider using encrypted connections. No method of transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it was last changed.

لا نبيع معلوماتك الشخصية ولا نؤجرها، ولا نرسل رسائل تسويقية لم تطلبها.
4. مع من نشاركها
فقط مع مزودي الخدمات الذين يساعدوننا في العمل: مزود البريد الإلكتروني، ومستضيف الموقع، وجهة معالجة الدفع، ويعالج كل منهم البيانات لتقديم خدمته لنا فقط. وقد نفصح عن المعلومات إذا اقتضى القانون ذلك.
5. مدة الاحتفاظ
